Her choreography and coaching are regularly showcased at renowned national and international dance competitions, where her students consistently achieve high scores and placements. In her creative work, she strives to develop choreography that carries deep meaning and fosters greater emotional intelligence.

Her instructional approach focuses on helping each dancer develop confidence and reach their full potential, all while maintaining a strong technical foundation. She advocates for dance as a means of learning, self-awareness, expression, and therapy, emphasizing the importance of observing human development, relationships, and conflict resolution. These elements are woven into her choreography and teaching practice.

Olga balances her career between freelancing as a choreographer and performing artist, dancing with the Vytal Movement contemporary company, and teaching dance, all while pursuing a double major in psychology and communications. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to her vintage collection of vinyl records, crocheting, and baking crepes.
